So I have been keeping a food log, trying to get my stress eating under control. You just dont realize what you are eating till you keep track... I am averaging 950 calories a day and only ONE meal of that is something substantial. So lets see if we can change this, shall we?

It has calculators that give you an idea of how many calories you burn per day, based on your activity level, so that you know how many calories you should eat a day to maintain a reasonable deficit. If 950 is what your doctor recommends, I'll defer, but that sounds dangerously low.
No, 950 is just what I eat during the day. That's just me thinking I dont have time to eat or whatever. I dont know. I actually didnt know it was that low... its kinda why I started keeping track, cuz I was curious. The only thing I left out was gum.
